
507 Payne-Perrow House (c.1883):
Greek Revival. Confederate veteran Alexander Perrow was a prominent tobacconist. The house was completely rehabed in 1982-83.




515 Alexander Simpson House (c.1850):
Vernacular Georgian, antebellum. Built for Irish immigrant Alexander Simpson, a successful factory owner, who lived in this house for over half a century.
Details-
-Built from 1848 to 1850 by Alexander Simpson, Tallow Chandler (Candlemaker).
-Notable restoration occured between 1989 and 2001, when the property was owned by Mr. Sid Storozum.
-My restoration occured between October 2001 and October 2010. Between Sid and I, the house has been fully
restored and finished.
-2 City Lots, Corner of 13th and Madsion Streets, Diamond Hill Historic District.
-Parking - Off Street Driveway and Parking Spot - Can accomodate 3 to 4 vehicles -OFF street parking-,
and up to 5 more vehicles in front of the proptery, ON street parking.
