Diamond Hill HistoricaL Society Mission

The Mission of the Diamond Hill Historical Society (DHHS) is to collect, research, interpret and preserve Diamond Hill history and to promote protection, preservation, renovation, restoration, and maintenance of Diamond Hill historical architecture in an historically appropriate and viable neighborhood for public awareness, education and appreciation.


DHHS Membership

By becoming a member, you are directly supporting the mission - helping us safeguard historic architecture, share our neighborhood’s stories, and foster community pride. Annual dues are just $10 per person, with three membership categories available:

Active Member

  • Must own property within the Diamond Hill Historic District.

  • Supports the mission and goals of DHHS.

  • Eligible to hold office and vote on DHHS business matters.

Inactive Member

  • Must own property within the Diamond Hill Historic District.

  • Supports the mission and goals of DHHS but cannot commit to regular meetings or events.

  • May switch to Active Membership at any time by notifying the DHHS Board.

Associate Member

  • Open to residents of Diamond Hill who do not own property.

  • Also includes former residents who wish to remain connected to the neighborhood and its history.

Complete the Membership Form and arrange payment of your $10 dues with the DHHS Membership Committee Chair.

All donations to the Diamond Hill Historical Society are tax-deductible within the scope of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.
